Feel Better Pictures

Well, unfortunately sickness has hit us full force in the Rainey household. Dru has been to the doctor twice this week and so have I. We both have ear infections, and I have the flu. Talk about somethin miserable! Even though we aren't feeling too hot around here, Dru still amazes me at how sweet she can be even when she isn't her cheery little self. She took me to the doctor yesterday. Yes, Dru took me- she told me so about 50 times yesterday... that she was the one taking care of me and she would be the one to take me to the doctor. She's a big girl, that's why. She couldn't have been any sweeter to the staff and she made sure to hold my hand while the doctor listened to my heart and took my temperature. She even told me great job when I stepped off the scale-the nurse got a big smile out of that one. Here she is very patiently waiting in the room with me. She drew us some feel better pictures. Thank God for little girls!


Oh, and for those who are wondering. Dru is still scheduled to have her tonsils removed on Monday, March 9th. She is feeling much better now that it is towards the end of the week and has already been for her pre-op procedures. Keep her in your prayers Monday morning as she says a final goodbye to those enormous tonsils! We will keep everyone posted.
